Apple / iOS App Purchase & Refund Guidelines
Please note that all purchases and refunds made through the iOS app are fully managed by Apple. Apple has complete authority over the billing, payment, and refund process.
Before purchasing any course through the iOS app, we kindly request you to review Apple’s purchase and refund policies carefully. The 360 Critical Care team does not have access to or control over iOS payments or refunds.
For any payment-related issues, refund requests, or billing concerns, you will need to contact Apple Support directly. However, for course access, content, or technical support, the 360 Critical Care team will be happy to assist you.

1. Apple In-App Purchase Policy
All purchases made through our iOS application are processed by Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP) system.
As per Apple’s policies:
• Apple alone handles all billing, cancellations, and refunds for iOS app purchases.
• 360 Critical Care does not have access to user payment details or the ability to issue refunds directly.

2. How to Request a Refund
If you have made a purchase in our iOS app and wish to request a refund, you must submit your request directly to Apple.
You can do this by following these steps:
• Visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find the purchase related to 360 Critical Care
• Click “Report a Problem”
• Select the appropriate reason and submit your refund request
Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.

3. When Refunds May Be Approved
Apple may approve refunds in cases such as:
• Accidental purchase
• Technical issues
• Unauthorized transactions
• App not functioning as described
Approval and processing are completely at Apple’s discretion.

4. Processing Time
If Apple approves the refund, the amount will usually be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Access to Course Content
If Apple approves a refund, access to the purchased content will be automatically revoked.
Until a refund is confirmed, course access remains active.

By purchasing through our iOS app, you agree to Apple’s payment and refund policies, which override any local refund rules or gateway-based policies.
Android App & Website Purchase and Cancellation / Refund Policy
We use a secure and hassle-free payment gateway to ensure safe transactions for our customers. All payments made through our website, web app, mobile app, or authorized payment links are processed using this gateway.
Most of the services offered by us fall under the services industry. Payments made by customers are treated as service charges for the selected service purchased through the website, web app, or mobile application.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations are considered only under the following conditions:
• A refund or cancellation request must be raised within 24 hours of payment by sending confirmation email (360criticalcare@gmail.com) with reason to cancel the purchased course.
• Refunds are applicable only if the payment is made through:
– Website
– Android App
– Razorpay external payment link
• The refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and GST.
• Any request received after 24 hours of payment will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
• We reserve the right to review each request and process eligible refunds as per our internal policies and payment gateway guidelines.

We do not offer any refunds for cancellations made after customer has availed the service and discontinued after initial attendance of online classes and access to reading materials registration and payment have been made. However, in special cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions where the payee faces unreasonable loss, we offer refunds.

We offer refunds only by facts regarding a specific case (within 5–10 business days of the transaction). We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason whatsoever, as we deem fit.

All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made initially. Refunds will only be processed after a thorough verification process related to the credentials of the account holder.

Any extra charges borne by the customer such as bank transaction fees, service fees or processing fees will not be refunded.

We do not entertain multiple return requests for the same order. Customers requesting for multiple refunds will be blocked from accessing our website. We do not pay any interest on refunds.

We will not be held responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.

We do not entertain refunds for any registrations made during discounted or promotional campaigns. However, we refund 80% of the paid amount if paid directly without any discount or promotional campaign provided the refund request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.

While we have taken utmost care to ensure that our payment gateway is secure, we do not guarantee or represent that using our services will not result in unauthorized data use or theft of data online. No liability in the event of unauthorized data theft on the Company. We use the services of a third-party payment service provider for our online payment gateway.

We and our payment service provider do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption or failure of information transmission during payment.

Any dispute, difference or question arising out of any monetary transaction by the customer shall be settled amicably between the Parties, failing which the same shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1999 and the place of arbitration shall be Ranchi. The number of arbitrators will be one (1) who shall be appointed by the Company. The arbitration award will be final and binding on both the Parties. The award will be enforceable by decree of any competent court in Ranchi. Either Party may initiate arbitration on an issue by tendering thirty (30) days’ notice to the other Party. This Agreement shall be governed by laws in India and subject to the above-mentioned arbitration clause, the City Civil Court, Ranchi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction for settling disputes arising under this Agreement. We reserve the right to update the contents of this Refunds and Cancellation policy from time to time without prior notice. Make sure to keep updated before you register for any of our services.
